The Enchanter's Theorem

This is how much of a geek I am.

I sat on my office floor doing yoga (like most mornings), watching the sun rise and thought:

"Huh. So this is what it must be like on Krypton in the morning."

I've never seen a sun that red before in my life. I've never been able to look *directly at* the sun before in my life.

I don't want to ever see that again, except as a special effect. Not okay.

I'm a wreck in other ways too.

The Mouse, my darling girl, goes in for her massive dental work today. Appointment's at 1:30 PM. Please hold her in the light and visualize a completely boring procedure with boring anesthesia and zero problems/complications. The husband and the aunt are going with her. I'm at work, pretending to work, while chewing my fingernails down to the bone.

This part of being the Momma? Suckage.
