I actually finished.

Okay, I'm not *finished* finished on the middle book of the trilogy, but for the first time ever, I actually made the 50K word count for NaNoWriMo.

Dude.

50,148 words.

Dude.

I almost can't wrap my head around it. Ended up being 220 pages in less than a month, because I took the whole long Thanksgiving weekend off to rest. And I still made it.

I am so proud of myself.

Now to just write 300-400 more pages and the damn thing will be done. Though I think I'll give myself a little more time than one or two months.

Wow.

Having read the first three chapters of Dark Lightning I can only say... IT ROCKS!!!!!

The first one is really good, but the second one is shaping up to be even better. Its like she just keeps getting better and better with everything she writes.

Not that I am prejudiced or anything. :)
