International Contemporary Masters 2010
Apr. 29th, 2009 12:03 pmSo, this opportunity has popped up through Projekt 30. It's an advertising/marketing thingie that goes out to all the major galleries and is a juried inclusion sort of thing. It's not terribly expensive to participate (approx. $1,000), but I don't have the funds.
And the economy is shit.
But it's a fairly well-regarded publication, if newish.
Here's the message I got:
Dear Angela, I visited your page at projekt30 and I liked your work. You are therefore invited to appear in the "International Contemporary Masters 2010", an annually published art book. Please note that this is not a free inclusion. If you are interested I will send you more information or you can visit the link : http://www.internationalcontemporarymasters.com/artists.html Best regards Judy Adams - Assistant curator Tel: +1 805 448 6219 P.O.Box 146, Santa Barbara, CA 93116, USA http://www.internationalcontemporarymasters.com/
I'd really like to participate. I have been considering running another sponsorship/print drive, specifically selling prints of the images that made it into the Unreal Exhibit.
What do you all think? This is a level of exposure that I have not had before for my work before.
