not news, but...

Friends are looking for work. Anyone have job openings here in LA? For doing pretty much anything. They're talented, they're dedicated, they're unemployed.
They need jobs.
If you know or hear of anything, let me know.

Aside from job woes of dear friends which has me being pathetically grateful for the dayjob, no matter how mind bendingly boring it may be or how much I am just not one of Them, I am doing pretty well.
Prints came from Kodak Beta and are freaking glorious/gorgeous/beautiful/omfg, I could eat them with a spoon. Tonight, I matte and frame prints. Figure out what frames I'm missing and order from Dick Blick, which is having a 50% sale on their bamboo frames.
I got a lot of other things accomplished and am feeling pretty virtuous.
My favorite dancer did get cut from my stupid dance show already, breaking my heart. I'm hoping Nigel and the rest of the judges know what they're doing or I may not ever forgive them.
That's about it.
Tomorrow is Friday and I have Monday off. Let's hear it for bank holidays.
