The original of this rather small painting (it’s only 11×14 – tiny for me!) hangs in my daughters’ room as a guardian and a reminder that in that constellation, there is a star named for my father’s nickname. It probably carries no weight with the international community, but it comforts me to know there’s a star named Poppa Bear.
