I would agree with you on low fundage, except that I saw and am seeing other similar projects fund just fine. Money wasn't the issue. The money is out there.
I will say that I saw a lot less word of mouth on this project than on other projects I have run, which is how I knew it wasn't connecting on some level. Projects that connect, people talk about. It's really not anyone's fault, especially not yours! I consider you not just a supporter, but a dear (if distant) friend. So please don't apologize.
In the meantime, I'm hard at work on new projects, so life is good. Alice will just have to be content with living on in book form.
