Just returned from PT and OMG, so much better. There's this one spot in my back between the shoulder blades that I cannot get to release on my own, no matter how much I try. Doreen pounds on it and it goes. I love my physical therapists. They are awesome.

*deep sigh of relief and appreciation*

In other news, it is gray and cool outside and all I want to do is go back to bed. Which I may do for a little bit. I don't know. It's up for consideration. More coffee will absolutely happen.
