I know, right? I had to laugh too when I found out.

The husband said the nicest thing to me too when he saw the new work. I was pulling giclees this weekend for the upcoming shows. He said he couldn't even imagine how I was doing what I was doing now that I've got real Photoshop with all the filters I could eat. Really likes it.

Yeah. They're heavily processed and edited now. But they make me happy.

Ant update later as well. Short update is that all the prayers/energy/wishes/rest and help have already greatly improved at least one ankle. She's moving a lot easier already. My hopes for no ligament damage continue.

Art update later as well. Long Beach Art Walk is this Friday night, a.k.a. First Fridays. New work won't be there as it has to be a moderately PG-13 rating for the work shown, but if you can roll on out, I'd love to see you!

First Fridays in Long Beach Art Walk/Show!

As some of you may have caught, I'm going to be showing this Friday, October 2nd in Long Beach at the Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio for the First Fridays Art Walk in Long Beach! The event starts at 5:30 PM and runs for some time. I'll be there as close to 5:30 pm as I can make, jetting from downtown.

Along with my art, Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio will be offering Dermalogica face mapping, their Reiki Students may be practicing on people, and Ayamanatara will be offering a presentation on crystal healing. Their resident harpist will also be helping create ambiance. (I love that they have a resident harpist.)
