And the big news:

WE HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE.

Landlord at our soon to be new home called to let us know that we got the place. It's over in Mar Vista, not two miles from where we used to live in Venice.

I'm going home.

It's smaller. Any place was going to be smaller, with what we can afford to pay in rent. But it's not here with all it's horrible problems. And there are other dogs. Hopefully other kids. It's 3 or so miles to the beach.

I will miss having studio space. It's going to be rough. But there are rental studios in Culver City, so I'm going to look into that for when I need to shoot in something larger than the soon to be new garage. And it means I'll probably work harder at doing more outdoor shoots.

We've got a home. I don't have to worry about that any more.

We get the place on the 1st and will be doing the majority of the move on the 6th. If anyone local can please help us move, I would be eternally grateful. Movers are only going to be moving the large furniture, since that's all we can afford.

Thank you to everyone who's been so supportive. We have only gotten through all of this because of all of you.
