Lampost Wood
Jan. 21st, 2008 08:01 amRandom lampost in the middle of the Boboli Gardens. All by itself. Houses in the background ruin the illusion, but for a moment, I felt like I had indeed stumbled into Narnia, minus the snow.
And in happier news, Photoshelter (stock agency) has accepted me as a contributor, which cheered me up after yesterday's debacle of a day. (the short version: dog sick, child grumpy, broke, no joy in mudville)
Anyway, moving on.
It's raining outside. It's not fully clouded over. I have sunlight coming in fitful bursts through the clouds.
Lovely.
And that's me. I need a week's vacation.
