Here are the gorgeous op_lattethunder and lunaticbubbles.

And no, I didn't get the computer working. My husband is a wonderful, wonderful man. I'm on his computer. He put a profile on his for me and also went out and got me a portable external hard drive.

Everything on the kaput one is pulled off and is saved. Everything. It took a while and the computer crashed about four times during it, but it's done.

The weekend was pretty wonderful, barring minor things.

We went downtown, librarianofdoom and I, on Saturday and acquired much Christmas craftage goodness. The Mouse was even moderately well-behaved through the madness.

And thank you to the librarian for the present. It means a lot, a lot, a lot.

The household, minus the husband, spent the rest of the weekend crafting though barriequark is sick as a dog. The winter cold has arrived early for her and laid her out. I have made ornaments, jewelry, and the Ant and the Mouse are in process of creating a Christmas castle out of bits and cardboard. It's pretty awesome.
