Two Things

First, the response to the poll (all two of you) appears to be Meh. Meh, eh?

Well, photos then, I think. Off to Blurb I go. More content than not, yes?

Also, please spread the word about my entry in this month's JPG Magazine. You can see it here:

It fits their theme and I would dig to show in their magazine beyond words.

In the meantime, I'm off to work. Photo coming up later.

Hamlet

Hamlet, originally uploaded by quennessa.

And here is the Charming C, doing an awesome Hamlet. Dig the leather pants!

bankjob goes. Still looking for permanent employment. Trying to stay positive about it all.

My guilty pleasure, So You Think You Can Dance, helped a lot last night. The show over all wasn't spectacular, but Desmond Richardson's choreography for Katee and Will was just incredible. Single mistake and all, I could watch it over and over and over. Stunning.

And the best part?

During one of the hip hop numbers, the Mouse danced along with the number on the TV. She's actually picking up moves, just by watching. Blows my mind. I could never pick up stuff like that, just by watching, or at least, that's what my memory tells me. I almost always had to have a physical adjustment by one of my dance teachers: turn this hip out so, this foot there. The Mouse looks and seems to work it out. It's not perfect, by any means, but now that swim class is over next week, I gotta find the sheckles to get her to ballet.

I don't know how, but damn it, I'm going to figure it out. Especially when we live only five mintues away from Debbie Allen's Dance Academy.

So. The Ant says that the Academy has scholarships/cost breaks for people with limited incomes, since apparently, Ms. Allen's mission is to bring dance to everyone, not just those who can afford it. If that's the case...

Well.

I may be referring to the Mouse as the Dancing Mouse from now on.

Have written a lot this week, some on a new short story and a LOT on the Sekrit Projekt with the Mad Model. I need to pull in the VO God next, since I want him to play a critical part. Pray that I can bring the funny. It's a comedy...
